Bruce Gagnon has spent 43 years in the construction industry — not behind a desk, but on the ground where schedules collide with reality. From managing multi-million-dollar mechanical and electrical scopes to leading operational strategy for some of the most complex projects on the West Coast, Bruce has seen every version of chaos the industry can produce.
His career spans signature projects with Turner Construction, Hensel Phelps, and Swinerton. He has contributed to landmark builds including the University of Washington Husky Stadium, CenturyLink Field (home of the Seattle Seahawks), and the Udvar-Hazy Center.
Now, as co-founder of Rescura LLC, Bruce channels four decades of hard-won field intelligence into CRI — Construction Resource Intelligence — and this podcast. His goal is simple: give subcontractors the tools and frameworks to stop reacting and start predicting.
